Legal Protection and Advocacy in Education and employment Issues

Bonneville UniServ is the regional service office for Association members in need of legal advice and advocacy related to professional and employment issues. The Bonneville staff assists Utah and Carbon County members in contract enforcement and protection. If there is a need, the bonneville directors will refer members to Utah Educator Education's attorneys for legal counsel. One of the important benefits provided to Association members is $1 million in liability coverage.

Attorney Referral Program

Bonneville UniServ has contracted with the legal firm of Dexter and Dexter to provide members free legal consultation and discounts on legal services on issues not related to their employment or their profession.
